No, a fabric frame is an aluminium frame with a stretched fabric print and no lighting of its own. If the surface should light up, an illuminated picture or a light wall is what you need.

Fabric frames have a frame depth of 19 to 80 mm. Single-sided are 19, 25 and 27 mm, double-sided 44, 47.5, 50 and 80 mm. None of them is lit; with lighting it is called an illuminated picture or a light wall.

Fabric frames can be fixed to the wall, hung from the ceiling or mounted on the ceiling. The double-sided version is meant for suspended mounting, where both sides are visible.

Yes, that is what they are made for. The fabric is swapped without tools, so the same frame can be refitted with fabric for changing images and advertising messages.
