Light walls and illuminated pictures

Light walls and illuminated pictures in various frame depths from 19 mm to 200 mm. You put together the dimensions, frame colour and connection in the configurator.

Light wall

Light walls are illuminated fabric panels from about two metres, with 80 to 200 mm frame depth. The LEDs sit in the profile along the edges and shine into the panel; the light spreads without visible dots, even over several metres. Where continuous backlighting is wanted, the Curtain version is available from 100 mm: the lit panel is stretched in strips from top to bottom, so the wall can be delivered in parts and assembled on site. Single-sided or double-sided, as wall mounting or freestanding.

Frequently asked questions about the products

Which design is meant for what, and what the difference depends on.

View all questions

The difference lies in the light and the size. A fabric frame is an aluminium frame with a stretched fabric print and no light of its own, 19 to 80 mm frame depth. Illuminated versions start at 45 mm, and from there the size decides: up to about two metres it is called an illuminated picture, 45 and 60 mm frame depth, because the frame arrives in one piece. Above that it is called a light wall, 80 to 200 mm, because it is delivered in parts and assembled on site. The illuminated ceiling is the same technology on the ceiling, with a frame depth of 45 to 100 mm.

The light wall is made for large surfaces: the LED modules sit inside on the back panel and light the whole surface evenly, and it comes single-sided or double-sided, for the wall or freestanding. Every surface is made to your dimensions.

Almost everything is available double-sided: 44, 47.5, 50 and 80 mm among the fabric frames, the 60 mm among the illuminated pictures, and 80, 100, 120, 160 and 200 mm among the light walls. Double-sided versions are meant for freestanding or suspended mounting, where both sides are visible.

You do not need to decide in advance. In the configurator you enter the dimensions, mounting type and connection, and the right construction follows from that. If you are unsure, call us and we will sort it out with you before the quote.
